To install and set up OpenVPN Connect on an iPhone, follow these steps:

1.Download OpenVPN Connect from App Store:Prerequisite: Apple ID.

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
2. Search for OpenVPN Connect.
3. Tap Get (or the cloud icon) and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password to install the app.

2.Download Your Configuration File or Get Server URL:

1. Download the .ovpn configuration file provided by your network administrator/VPN provider and save it to the iOS Files app.
2. Alternatively, if using OpenVPN Access Server, note down your server URL (e.g., [https://vpn.example.com](https://vpn.example.com)).

3.Import Your Profile into the App:

1. Open OpenVPN Connect on your iPhone.
2. To import via file: Tap File, browse to where your .ovpn file is stored in Files, select it, and tap ADD.
3. To import via server address: Tap URL, enter your Access Server URL, tap NEXT, and log in with your account credentials.

4.Grant iOS VPN Permissions & Connect:

1. Enter your VPN Username and Password if required, then tap ADD in the top right corner.
2. When iOS displays a system prompt stating “OpenVPN Would Like to Add VPN Configurations”, tap Allow.
3. Enter your iPhone passcode or authenticate with Face ID to save the connection profile to iOS Settings.
4. Toggle the switch next to the profile name to establish the VPN connection.
